OACCP Partners: Alliance of Early Learning Advocates

The primary purpose of the Alliance is to advocate on behalf of licensed child care centers in support of successful implementation of early care and education policy and programs for children from birth through age 12.  A significant portion of OACCP membership dues is used to fund the lobbyist, contracted by the Alliance partners.

Alliance members are committed to assuring sound policies and sufficient funding so that eligible families can access care and education opportunities that also meet the needs of working families. Alliance members are committed to assuring that system improvements and program quality initiatives are successful through full-funding and sound policy. Alliance members agree to these priorities when making all policy decisions relating to the Alliance.
