"Frequently asked questions about ODJFS-child care licensing rule requirements effective in 2008 and 2013"

ODJFS reciently sent out the above document (click on the link above to download) which was jointly developed by ODJFS and OACCP.  Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that there is an error the CDL paragraph of the transportation document.  It is our understanding that a MFSAB which carries fewer than 16 passengers (including the driver) under or over 10,000 lbs does not require a CDL driver.  ODJFS has been notified of our concern with this error and we will work with them on confirming this interpretation and correction.

1.  Senator Mark Wagoner, from NW Ohio, Senate District 2, who is a champion of early education and care programs in Ohio .

2.  Representative Randy Gardner, 6th House District, who received an award that morning from the YMCA’s of Ohio for sponsoring legislation to support     diabetes screening and education programs in Ohio .

3. Coach Jim Tressel (Ohio State Football Coach, our keynote speaker!)

4. Becky Spencer (Vice President of Child Development for the YMCA/JCC of Greater Toledo and presenter)

5. Representative Larry Flowers, Majority Floor Leader, Franklin County , District 19, who also received Champion’s award from the YMCA.)

 

In addition to the individuals above the YMCA also gave an award to Sen. Tom Niehaus and Rep. Tracey Heard.
